I'm going to talk about Christopher Nolan's Memento.
Nolan is by far my favorite director, and my favorite movie of his is Memento, therefore I consider it one of my favorite movies.
Memento with its narration changed the history of cinema as it tells the same story in linear order and in turn tells the story from the end, something that had never been seen before in cinema. Consider this film the first masterpiece of Christopher Nolan's many others, including Interstellar, Inception and The Prestige.
It is worth mentioning that Memento was his second film and therefore from here he began to make a place for himself among the greatest directors of the time, and today he is considered one of the best and most pioneering in the industry.
The story of Memento revolves around the memory disease that has its protagonist Leonard Shelby, played by Guy Pearce, the main plot is to find the murderer who killed his wife and the interesting thing is that the viewer feels just as confused as the protagonist as we follow the story from his perspective and one does not realize until the end of what is really happening.
For me it is a perfect movie as it is entertaining, visually it is wonderful and the script is original and very complete, therefore it is a movie that I would spend to see it again for the first time, those who have not seen this work of art I am sure that when they see it they will regret not having seen it before..
